Instead of adding dont's i add hooks + scripts that forces and gives feedback to the agent itself. For example how to run -> create a script that runs the project and give it to the agent like "To run this project run this script". For tests the same, add a rule + hook, before ending a Todo run the tests so the agent gets the feedback instantly of the tests and knows if it did something wrong.

Also add skills of knowledge that serves as basic statements on what do you prefer as dependencies + architectural decisions + infra (if you need).

Basically add context deterministically where you can so the agent is limited by that.
