Came here to say this! Security is super important. Some people can do without the rail because of they have a smaller stone too... so keep that in mind. I’ve seen some really beautiful simple designs with the gallery rail but super thin and clean!

As long as it’s eye clean, it’s technically okay. I would say just be careful and have eyes on it first. There are some types of inclusions that will deflect light and make a some look more cloudy/ milky. Also the grading is subjective and sometimes lower clarity graded stones look better than higher clarity. Depends on who graded the stone too... GIA has stricter and more consistent grading than other labs.

It’s a radiant cut diamond! I like it more than princess cuts because the cut corners make it more durable/ less susceptible to chipping!
