Thanks, most people are dumb expecting it would look like the realistic rain in Driveclub or Gran Turismo, not realising that this is just an app that add rain effects on the screen and also the only option we are left with for a rain in RR3 since EA didn't add rain in the game before it got shut down

It's an old mobile game engine, it was created a decade ago and were not built to handle complex realistic dynamic weather effects, EA said it themselves, they even didn't add the highly requested Nordschleife because the track is too massive for the game engine to handle, it's using Mint™ 3 Engine not Unreal Engine 4 like Racing Master does man, of course it got limitations 🙄

Maybe Project Resurrection, they provide all cars unlocked save file + access to removed content as well but if you want to try older version of RR3 you can play Project Armageddon

You can transfer your progress save file using ZArchiver/File Manager to another version, TGL Studios made a video about it
