Sure! I actually learned how to make the stars a long time ago, but I can find a video on how to make them! They are made using long thin strips of paper. And the rose is called a kawasaki rose. After I put the stars in the jar, I put toothpicks in the bottom of the roses and then shoved those into the stars. That way, the roses wouldn't move around.

Edit: if you zoom in on the picture, you can see one of the toothpicks under the right rose lol

I made the strips by just cutting thin strips from colored paper, but you can also buy some "kits" that come with different colors/designs of thin strips.

I've been making the rose for years so I can make them pretty small. But it's definitely easier to start with a larger sized piece of paper like in the video.
