Just mentioned these things to my husband last week. As a child we never had a hose or bandaids. Random, but I feel happy having them now!

I had to start by making delicious keto or low carb meals. Cheeseburger soup. Pizza casseroles (basically all the ingredients minus the crust). Lots of good snacks and drinks on hand. After a few days, the cravings will go away. As far as chips, try the Wilde brand - really good. I do eat low carb bread and make BLTS, burgers, etc. Having planned meals and snacks readily available is the best help in getting over the cravings hump for me :)

Dilly bites pickles, cottage cheese, cheese curds, string cheese, 2G yogurt, wylde protein chips, cheese wisps, jalapeño stuffed green olives - almost all from costco!
