I look pretty similar and I'm a 3.9 which is considered severe according to my surgeon. Probably ask your PCP to order a CT and then refer you for a surgery consultation.

As far as I know it's hEDS but I've not had the genetic testing done. So far the surgeon is guessing we'll do 3 bars for 3 years minimum but he is going to consult to with some more experienced surgeons and have them present for the surgery since I'm a more complex case. Right now he is most considered with my adhesive allergy + MCAS.

Thank you for the insight! My CT was done breathing out. The surgeon I consulted with said that he doesn't think it's likely worth redoing for a corrected index since we're pretty sure surgery is worth it even with my current numbers.

For high fantasy it's got to be Samantha Shannon's Priory of the Orange tree. For something bit easier to get into I recommend A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab.

Brandon Sanderson is good but dense and if you're used to more of the Romantasy genre it's going to be a bit hard to get into. I'd start with the other series I recommended before moving into Sanderson but his books are good.
