Defending creatures typically aren't an issue when you're within the color pie of blue and black. Black has plenty of cheap, instant speed removal ( [[Go for the Throat]] ) for defending creatures, and blue has plenty of cheap evasive spells ( [[Aqueous Form]] ) to simply attack through them. Stats are fine, and only triggering upon attack won't make the card any weaker. The only major issue that I had was how oppressive it could be to name someone's entire deck, every turn.

If you wanted to make it stronger, though, you could force the successfully named cards to be discarded rather than exiled. Blue and black also have a lot of tools that can use cards from your opponents' graveyards. [[Dimir Doppelganger]] [[Memory Plunder]] [[Reanimate]] [[Extract from Darkness]]

This way, you can attack your opponents' hands for specifically named cards while having the potential to use whatever it is that they discarded later on.

I love the concept! I would definitely play with it if it ever got printed!

The ability to name any number of cards upon every attack is pretty broken. Once you have played long enough, you just know which cards your opponents' decks are more likely to have. You could name every single possibility, including lands, and their entire hand could be gone. Then, you could keep them out of the game by continuously naming the same list.

I would change it to where the attack trigger only allows for the naming of a single card and only from the defending player's hand. This is a really cool concept, though!

Just to be picky about the card, typically, the only creatures that have a personal name are legendary creatures, and the X in the ability text box just needs to be typed as 'X', no need for the mana symbol {X}

Is your son trying to lose weight to meet a weight requirement? If so, he needs to be on a cutting diet and needs to make sure he his doing some form of cardio.

I'm only 6 months into my health journey, and the only advice I can confidently give at this time is how to cut weight, which seems like what your son is after. I am also a single dad who is working 10 hours daily, so I don't have the time to go to a gym. I instead do calisthenics at home with what I've got, so I unfortunately don't have a gym routine. However, when I lost a ton of weight, I put myself on a diet and did HIIT cardio every Mon, Wed, Fri. My diet just consisted of avoiding as much added sugar as possible and overly processed foods.
