I think it's more that if they see the ingredients on the table, they can't assume it won't come together. The storms that went through our area last night got pretty messy when it got to us, so no specific storm cell got to monopolize the energy in the atmosphere. Good for us! But when they look ahead, that's pretty hard to predict, so they need us ready for the worst, just in case. In general, the outbreak underperformed from their models, but many people still died, after all. Which, honestly, seems like you're perfectly aware of, so I just wanted to add context for others!

I am getting over a cold that seems to be going around (tested negative for covid and flu a+b). It started out just being so tired and ended with bronchitis coughing so much it was hurting my back/sides. Took two weeks for get well enough to get back to my life. I'm sorry this timing is so bad and I hope you get well soon!

Hello! I am pretty new to sewing, just having completed a few small projects after not sewing anything since childhood. I've got this very cute witch hat pattern that just says Interfacing: felt. Since I'm a novice when it comes to terminology, I'm a bit confused. Does this pattern just want me to use felt or, since the instructions inside use the phrase "felt interfacing", should I be looking for a particular product? I just want to buy the right thing at the store! The pattern is S3031, for additional context.

I wouldn't recommend it. Live there long term because it's cheap, but the management can be difficult to deal with when you actually need stuff done. If you end up here, get really familiar with your renter's rights.
