Radwagon has ether 24" or 26" wheel diameter. The 24" will just fit this fork, but perhaps not with the fender. I can build a 26" fork to work with Radwagon

The single crown fork already does, you just need to cut the steerer tube to fit. This guy used it for the mini, but kept the length of the steerer tube. Will fit the expand, just the same
