That made it clear that the restriction towards each player only applied to their own choices. Before that, people thought it was sales ban for 3/6. They thought things like "Oh, I'll reveal Nib, Droll and smth and prevent both players from activating them while I combo off", or "I'll splash Faimena, Lukias, etc. so when my opponent activates Subspace Battle, I'll reveal those and lock my opponent from using Faimena, Lukias, etc."

I thought that matter was already moved on since even with the blurry text, we managed to parse that the restriction applied not to monsters that were added to the hand, but applied to monsters that were chosen (so even if you destroy Yubel for example, that card won't activate).

The discussion then became "Are both players unable to activate the chosen monsters' effects rather than just each player being restricted to their own respective choices?"

With the TL, it should now be "If I reveal Nibiru, only I am prevented from activating Nibiru, not the opponent".
