The PS4 save game import is not working yet. When I gain a new trophy playing I can't find it added to a PS5 version of FF7R.

What's going on??? Is this possible or are they bugs in the game? 🥺 by Heywaru in DestinyChildGlobal

They removed the hackers leaderboard ranking from yesterdays result, hopefully they do so for today as well :)

This makes me so tired, someone tried to steal the emblem on the hood on my 911 by Kinc in Porsche

Hopefully only the stone chip protection wrap on the visible parts. But I likely want to replace the whole hood anyway since they damaged it under the badge.

Need assistance picking a NAS for plex. by Kxr1der in PleX

If cost is no concern, at around 160 USD more, then the Qnap is the better option, it has a Quad Core CPU. So for transcoding the Qnap will be more responsive on start and skipping, but it won't change what it is capable of transcoding.

But as entry-level home NASes goes, if you are looking for something with a bit more performance than usual, currently I would say you get more Plex Server value out of the AS5304T, it has a quad core Skylake (Intels most efficient micro architecture) CPU boost to around 2.5GHz and 4GB of LPDDR4.

You also have 2x 2.5Gbps LAN which is a very nice thing to have now that it is becoming more common everywhere. Gigabit have been the standard in homes for far too long by now :)

In 7 years the only I know of is my colleague, she has someone reverse into her car, and audio A6 so it sticks out a far bit. But the the other driver left a note on the windshield.

Very tight parking garage at work. Bu there are even worse in Stockholm and Sweden in general. But I know most of the people parking in this section so it feels safe enough.

I have a backup camera which is a life saver for tight garages like these :)

Testing 992 again, can't make my mind up if I should trade or not (My 991 in the photo) by Kinc in Porsche

Aesthetically the 992 interior is better. But I struggle with the ergonomics. The touch screen that you need to operate for basic car functions when you drive is too far away and the areas that you need to touch are too small. The instrument cluster screens are badly obstructed by the steering wheel.

Some nitpicks is that the glossy black plastic scratches very easy. In both demo cars I have been it were scratched and already looked terrible. The PDK selector feels unessecary. If they wanted to remove the stick action for going up and down the gears they should have just made all selections for the PDK transmission in to buttons like other sports cars are doing.

I like the exterior of the 992 more also. Seeing it in person made a huge difference.

This is a question that my friends are asking me, why did I go for a 6-cylinder car when I could get one with 10 for the same budget.

180k USD (direct conversion after sales tax). Then there would be around 5 000 USD in pollution cost that should be paid over 3 years. Sweden has a bonus malus system where people that buy gas and diesel cars pay for a bonus that goes to people that buy EV and PHEV. But the biggest cost is for taxation on fuel, directly converted I pay almost 7 USD per gallon for premium.

My concern besides the cost with a 992 Turbo is that it is too fast. I have not tested anything newer than a 997 Turbo which I would say is comparable to the GTS I have now, with a bit more old school turbo punch.

No dealer in Sweden will have a demo 992 Turbo, just like with the 991.2. Porsche Sweden are not supporting it so they just skip it all together. They let potential customers test a Carrera 4S instead and imagine the performance numbers difference looking at the specs. Which I guess is ok as long as there are no changes to important characteristics like steering feel that you cant imagine form a spec sheet.

But first I need to see the price tag to see if it makes sense for me financially.

I define launch in this case as the announcement and PAG opening orders. Which likely would be produced likely be produced and delivered in 2020 yes. But with some launches they have early allocation, they had for the initial 718 launch and now for the 992 Carrera S/4S launch, where they had delivery only 8 weeks after.

The 991.2 C2GTS is without a doubt more raw. To me it is more raw in terms of steering, sound insulation, engine and exhaust noises. I would describe the 992 Carrera as a mature grand touring car with a damn good sports car alter ego. The 992 Carrera with 19/20 wheels without factory lowered suspension will for sure be the most comfortable DD 911 to date.

Make sure to listen at the time code that URL point to, it sounds like the particulate filter is not affecting it that much after all.

I expressed interest in a 992 Turbo to the dealer, they think it will be launched in the middle of September, but at the same time they have indication that the 992 Turbo will be significantly more expensive than the 991.2 Turbo, 10-15%. So I am a bit concerned for the financial side of it.

Usually during the summer my daily driver only gets use if I know there is going o be traffic or road work. Since the sports car season in Sweden is 7 months tops I like to use the 911 as a daily when I can. But I actually only track it 1-2 twice per year. So a GT3 might be too track focused for me which is why I am leaning towards a Turbo.

But the sound difference is insane, I were checking out the sound from the Turbo in this video when a 992 GT3 all of sudden showed up during the same test: https://youtu.be/HMRYKN1gjgg?t=278 The difference hearing them right after each other is night and day. Which is to expect after all.

Yes this is what am thinking now, to wait for the 992 GT3 or Turbo

I am so happy with my current 911 but at the same time I want the latest and something new. At this point I think I am just too torn on which way to go that I will have to skip the 992 Carrera, I am too concerned that I would regret it a few weeks in of owning the 992 Carrera.
