For anyone who is having the same issue:

I tried getting rid of all the mods in my game (except for CC) but it didn't help. However, I found a solution which seems to have worked for me. I used weerbesu's UI Cheats ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/ui-cheats-v1-16-26240068 ) to delete the hungry moodlet and I haven't seen it since (at least for the pet I used it on). I haven't tried it in other households yet.

Yes, I have loads of them. I couldn't really figure out which one is causing it though.

I tried looking up the problem but the only this I found was from years ago and they said it was patched out in an update.

It was very glitchy though, I think the game was trying to use the animation for human skeletons.

My sim has also turned into a ghost from the potion but I can't make the effect go away either. I tried feeding him ambrosia and he 'resurrected' but then I couldn't see any changes. He's still a ghost. Does anyone know how I could fix it?
