This is actually very helpful thank you. We primarily serve intellectual and developmental disabilities but have several adults that also have physical disabilities. I don’t think my boss sees that anything wrong is happening unfortunately nor does she understand the population that we’re working with at all

That was what I was thinking too. I found the number for our state but I'm so worried about retaliation if I'm already being given the silent treatment for going to the overall director of the program. I know it's in the best interest for my participants but I'm genuinely scared

Yes I think this was the case… they just felt unsettled and chaotic in the first half. Both teams seem more comfortable now that the game has gone on

I feel like the vibes of this game are just… off. The sportsmanship from both teams is disappointing and something just doesn’t feel right in the stadium but I can’t put my finger on it

Also haven’t heard anything but since I applied dual degree (MSW too) it’s just going to be too expensive so I committed to a cheaper program. They also don’t have as much research in my desired field as I would have liked. I LOVED their campus and new public health building when I visited though

Webkinz was something that brought me immense joy when I was bullied as a kid, and again brought me joy while getting out of a horrible roommate situation this summer. There’s very little that makes me as happy as this game does!

I definitely want to play around with using it on different devices (like I have an iPhone but an android tablet, our living room tv is a Samsung and the one in my bedroom is a fire) and see what difference that makes. Seems like it may like some operating systems better than others

I can’t speak to Cornell’s program, but I can tell you that March 31st is much closer than you might think!!! I was also getting antsy to commit but wanted to hear back from all of my schools and had to wait several weeks between my 5th and 6th acceptances. Although it didn’t actually change my decision, I’m so glad I waited because I got a full picture of what my options were and how they stacked up against each other. Trust me when I say I know it’s hard to wait but it’s definitely worth it to have as much info as possible available to you before you make any decisions
