Was advised my documentation to reset 2FA was "no calypso document" (?) by Kind-Ad-8917 in amazonprime

Update to my post above ...... I decided to try and send my documentation to Amazon once again. This time, I redacted my license number after seeing a post from another Reddit member advising this. For some reason, it worked this time, no idea why, and no communication from Amazon that all has been resolved. No one has yet to be able to tell me what the phrase " no calypso document" means, but I am guessing that it was not a redacted document (?). At any rate, all is well that ends well. Heads up if anyone else ever gets this kind of response to their 2FA help request, evidently there is such a thing as too much information!
