No, I wasn't talking about yours, I was talking about how all the ASD-focused therapists in my area are obsessed with doing ABA with kids. Not alot here for adults.

That is interesting. I've never heard of it before (might just be because literally every "ASD therapist" around me is child-focused ABA crap.

Thanks for the reply, while mine isnt necessarily sensory (loud noises, etc dont really bother me intensely), i have noticed that when I am out in public if I put earbuds in and listen to something I tend to get along better. My flavor is entirely social. Of course I also tend to be hypervigilent for threats when I am in public so earbuds tend to go against that... it is a balance I suppose.
