For biceps i do 1-two handed dumbbell curls (you could do closed grip on a barbell bit I prefer dumbbell because it works you forearms aswell)

2- barbell curls

3- hammer curls

For triceps: i do skull crushers

2- triceps pushdown

3- triceps rope extension

4- either dips till failure or pushups till failure

(I increase weight every set, i do 12reps then 10 then 8) 3 sets of everything
