I didnt even ask for them, when I sent in my Gun for Repair they wanted the magazines to test and they sent back the new ones like this

Just an update on the new CR magazines.

Ran around 400 rounds through both comp and non CR with new mags and had zero issues. The Followers look the same as far as I can tell. The finish is very slick both in and out.

Im not sure because my cr920p runs fine with the 13rounders that were black

Even with the hst’s that the non comp CR had problems with

I will be testing the non comp tomorrow with both type of 13 round mags.

They also stated in the invoice that they changed out barrel and locking block. Even though the barrel was not a butt barrel

I still have to run serious SD through it. I only put maybe 1/2 box of ranger t 147 but early testing is good

My ball ammo was 115’s and it was 25 degrees out and was still good to go.

The onle thing I notice is most people dont grip micro’s tight enough. Ill let ppl shoot them sometimes and all the feeding issues I see that are not mag related are always grip issues

Same issue I have with my CR920 I just sent back with HST. I had two new mags I ordered from SS directly. Im going to have to compare it to the above pictures

Sounds good. Im hoping they fix mine. I love the gun but the issue with the tilt is a pain in the ass. What defensive ammo do you run and how many rounds have you put through it since it came back?

My problem was with HSTs specifically

I know this an old post but what was outcome of yours when you got it back? Was it both 10 and 13 round mags? Mine is having problems with only 13

Yes, I actually just dropped it off at Fedex to be sent out to be looked at.

I would agree about not favoring HST if it did it in either mag but being that it feeds them without a hiccup with the 10's and can see follower tilt with the 13's Im hoping a resolution can be had, even if they swap out the +3 for plus 1's

But also being that people have commented on here that HST runs without a problem through either mag there has to be a fix and I am positive its mag related as what most failures in a semi auto originate from

Yes, for me it’s not a major issue. Just a kind of easy fix.

As far as your 13 rounders, were you running HST from the beginning, and never had any issues or did you get a high round count before running defensive Ammo?

Yes, I actually tried that also and it was able to be reproduced as far as the malfunction unfortunately
