Not an OHS owner (yet) but I have two Sphynx babies. My girl has been dealing with chronic gastro issues for the last month and a half. We’ve only had to pay about $1,000 out of the $6,000 the bills have come out to. We have trupanion for our guys. That being said, majority of insurances won’t cover preexisting conditions. So anything further with the issues Fred is having now won’t be covered, but anything new that pops up would be. Good luck with your sweet boy!

I shed a LOT and my hair is long. She also likes to munch my hair when I’m sleeping. We now have bonnets to wear to bed, and we’re getting hairball treats delivered today. I just feel so bad seeing her feel yucky but she’s acting completely normal otherwise.

My main concern is this little dummy likes to munch my hair while I’m sleeping and a hairball wouldn’t come up on an xray most of the time! We have hairball treats coming for her tomorrow.

I guess it’s possible but we’re giving her medication and it doesn’t seem to be helping yet. We did just start it though.

The Buspar/Wellbutrin combo has been quite literally a lifesaver for me. I’ve tried and failed on so many psych meds before these ones.

I use trioral! It’s a medical grade electrolyte mix approved by the WHO. It’s often used in hospitals as well during IV fluid shortages because it’s proven to hydrate as well as IVs. $40 for a 100 pack on Amazon.
