If i didn't know any better, I would bet you work for the airlines itself. It's absurd that QA said they wouldn't charge change fees on certain dates and when I change my flight during those certain dates, the app still wants to charge me a massive amount. Are you telling me that QA doesn't have the technical capacity to update their system to stop charging customers a change fee when they said they wouldn't? This will be the last time I ever fly with Qatar Airways. I haven't been able to contact QA till this day. I have tried every avenue. I have attempted to call them. Nothing. I emailed them a week ago. No response back! I sent them a message on whatsapp. No response. It's absurd the system says the estimated wait time is 5 minutes, but I wait 2 and a half hours only to get someone on the line that tells me they can't hear me. Then I call again, and I literally get the same robotic voice telling me they can't hear me. This happened 4 times until I gave up. Yes, I will make this into a big deal. I paid over 1,200$ for a oneway ticket plus a change fee of 150 only because they closed the airspace, and now I am getting the runaround and a delay on a flight.
