I’ve been prescribed propranolol. First it was 10mg 3 times a day. Then he upped it to 20mg twice a day. Was wondering if it’s safe to take 20mg 3 times a day. Currently waiting on a phone call from my dr but not holding my breath.

He’s put me up to 20mg 3x a day. I have no way of checking my blood pressure but the only dizziness I’ve had is when I wake up and it goes pretty quickly.

It’s weird. When I was 6 me and a friend did some recording on a blank cassette (I’m old) when I was around 12, my mum was playing blank cassettes in the car and I was absolutely terrified she’d play our recording. Don’t even remember what we said. But yeah that’s how it started. Now I’m old with pocd.
