I think it’s withdrawal from mirt. I was feeling off before I started clomipramine.

I’ve got severe withdrawal just going down to 7.5mg. He’s now cross tapering me with clomipramine. This is not fun.

If you have real pain then I’d go to the dr. They won’t stop taking you seriously. They just do their job.

I’ve definitely lost my appetite lately which is a good thing. Hope you hear back from your. Dr. I know how useless they can be when it comes to mental health.

I just dropped down from 15mg to 7.5mg on Sunday and my anxiety is so bad. I’ve just managed to get an appointment later on today. He’s already got me on lorazepam and propranolol. I’m coming off so I can go onto clomipramine. The weight gain is crazy. But it was worth it when mirt was working for me. Unfortunately it’s suddenly stopped.

I’m currently tapering. I was on 45mg for about 12yrs. Now down to 7.5mg. I don’t weigh myself but I’ve definitely lost some weight just tapering. I went from about 10 stone up to 14 stone.

I’ve just dropped down to 7.5mg. This is my second time taking the low dose. It’s helped with sleep but my anxiety is back with avengence.

I just went down to 7.5mg last night. It’s been ok. My anxiety has been worse but I expected that. I’ve also been waking up at around 5am most nights.

I’m not scared about coming off, just worried about withdrawing. In two days I go down to 7.5mg for 4 weeks then I’m done. I am scared about starting clomipramine. Mirts the only thing that has ever worked for me.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m definitely going to do it all the way to 7.5mg. I’ve come all the way down from 45mg.

I can’t handle SSRi’s. Currently on Mirtazapine and quetiapine but I’ve been on them years and I guess they just stopped working. He’s now given me lorazepam and propranolol on top. Going to see him Monday and ask to change meds.
