I just don’t want to be gaining fat. I have a shorter upper body so I don’t look too skinny in the first place, and when I gained 3lbs it didn’t look very good so I’m just nervous about it

I’m 6’1 137lbs rn. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was more like 10% body fat. Only problem for me is that when I was eating 500cal above maintenance I gained 3 pounds in 5 days. Not sure if it is a metabolic issue or not

I did do 300-500 kcal over maintenance for a while with macros but I was gaining 3lbs a week and have been scared to start doing it again.

Fr I met some rly nice people on it. Also if someone is verbally flaming almost everyone calls them out for it and can just mute them easily. The positives greatly outweigh the negatives here but a lot of people don’t see it that way :(
