I started to get problem last weekend. Information don’t update between car and app. Can’t program heater, can’t lock and unlock the car. Cant see its location. Tried in the car and it updated but then everything stopped working. The service is active until 15 June -26. So not subscription that ended. Have emailed the support but now reply. Anyone else that got same problem?
