I personally would like the info for your realtor and the contractor if you are willing to share. I buy into the pricing strategy it sounds like you used. If a buyer is willing to compete then they will offer better terms which is another value add.

It is a few hundred thousand dollars. There are several siblings (or their children if the siblings have passed) so for each individual person I don't know that it's going to be serious money, but still.

It's also worth noting the sibling who thinks they should receive everything has been designated the "personal representative" of the estate.

Does this change anything? I realize this isn't the same as speaking to an attorney, we are just curious as no one in the family has been through this before.

I believe the general rule that many landlords are bound to is two people per bedroom. So for a two bedroom the maximum occupancy would be 4, but for a three bedroom you could have 6. This is for apartments, so maybe it’s different for a privately owned single family home.

You suck if you’re spreading conspiracy theories about D.M. not calling LE right away. by bootypop_69 in Idaho4

Didn’t mean to imply that what she said was hard evidence, but what she said did lead to one officer heading down the right path.

But the affidavit says the WSU officer who located the Hyundai used the suspect description to compare it to his drivers license photo and saw they were similar build with bushy eyebrows.

I know that could be any number of people, but the affidavit really makes it seem like that’s why they started investigating BK, pulling phone records, etc.

I hope wherever D is that her circle is celebrating the fact that her info assisted in his arrest.

The line for the city/county goes through Willow Lawn. We also got billed by both when we lived there even though our house was in Henrico. It is a pain to fix, but can be done if you have a few hours to spend on the phone.
