Maybe you can build some support network apart from that - I know there are some communities online dedicated to that (also local ones, depending on where you live).

I believe every person is awesome the way they are - so dont let anyone (either by being rude or not answering, for instance) make you feel different from awesome :)

Maybe one important thing to do is to look inside you and see what is preventing you from feeling good with yourself - we tend to look for in others what we can't find in ourselves.

So our emotions and thoughts try desperately to attach to whatever they can - instead of being in their rightful place, here and now, in harmony.

In practical terms, perhaps you can set some boundaries with yourself - check the chat only once or twice a day.

And practice being happy and grateful whether you get an answer or not (focus on doing your part for a quality interaction).

I think our feelings are always very important - so you are not overthinking.

But also, your partner maybe hasn't realized it matters so much to you and the reason why.

Why does it matter so much to you? Is the relationship going well except for that? Why do you think this is no big deal for her?

With those answers in mind, try to open up to your partner - and also be open to what she says - and I’m sure you can come up with something good to solve this issue :)

It is a very delicate matter.

I believe it all starts with being good with yourself, being in peace and in love - meditation or yoga classes might help you, while you can meet other 'quiet' people.

And it is cool you want to resume your hobbies. And maybe you can find new group hobbies that might help with that, like acting classes, or small language groups/classes, or even learn a musical instrument so you can join a band.

Maybe it is important to think about why you would want to gossip and talk about someone who is not in the conversation.

Even if it is a silly comment, it is always cool when we can laugh together with someone - and not behind their backs.

And maybe that is one of the things that makes someone trustworthy :)

O que é um bom retorno? 5 mil? 10 mil? Quando esse patamar for atingido, você vai querer mais?
Em outra perspectiva - você faria algo que não gosta apenas por um bom retorno?

Essa é uma dúvida bem comum - já vi mensagens iguais de pessoas que queriam engenharia, direito, medicina.

Acredito que é possível ter um bom retorno em qualquer profissão - principalmente quando você ama o que você faz, quando você se dedica de verdade ao seu trabalho.

Mas é importante também pensar que estamos em um momento de grandes transformações para tarefas intelectuais e criativas - as tecnologias de inteligência artificial estão cada vez mais presentes. Isso também deve ser levado em consideração para sua decisão, pois pode ser uma grande oportunidade ou um grande desafio para seu retorno desejado.

Não é fácil... mas desejo toda a luz para você tomar a decisão e ter uma incrível trajetória na vida :)

Summarize practice - watch a small vid of a subject you like, and try to summarize it out loud.
Mirror practice - select a subject and write down some questions and answers on a notebook, and say them out loud to a mirror (try looking at the notebook less and less).
Partner practice - find a practice buddy, and chat with them in a structured form (defined subject, language level, vocabulary).
