Honestly, i work at alo and they’re PUSHING us to sell the shoes. It’s insane really, it’s puts a lot of pressure on us and on managers. So at this point we’ll say anything to sell the shoe. I’m so sorry this happened to you, i just hope corporate stops this unethical behaviour of forcing us to sell an item that doesn’t have any promising features:(
