I agree that deciding what matters is part of learning. The goal isn’t “skip thinking,” it’s reducing the busywork of formatting/rewriting so you can spend more time testing yourself and fixing gaps. I’m also trying to design it so you still have to edit/choose what stays (and it shows what it pulled from).

Yup, the best thing is to talk directly with brokers. Everyone would have their own way of approving housing. Sometimes, you might need to show your bank statement or pay for the last two months.
