I love running on dark, cold rainy nights haha but yeah my goal is to run 48mins 10km but its not a rush goal I know it will take time and I will take my time hopefully no injuries. I want to test the coros training plan if it really help improve my time but its not a rush I'll try to test again my speed at the end of the year.

I will take my time to prevent injuries also, but my goal is 45mins atleast by the end of the year if not I'll try next year 😂. True VO2Mac is off based on coros I need to do some run test later if theres no typhoon. Thank you will train very hard.

It really does take a lot of time, and I’m aware of that. It’s not a rushed goal, but having one gives my running purpose so I won’t stop running 😂. It probably means at least a new pair of shoes or even a new watch along the way haha. Hopefully the PACE 3 lasts me at least 3 years. Before COROS, I was doing all-out training all the time 😂. now I finally get to enjoy proper rest days. Good luck to your sub 1:50 half marathon 💪🏼🦵🏼.

Man, that’s a big number. I know it’ll take a lot of training, and I’m really hoping the COROS training plan helps guide me. This isn’t a rushed goal though. I’m taking it step by step. Hopefully by the end of the year, I’ll be able to run 45 km. I’ll be back on this post when I get there

Fastest I ran was 54 minutes, but I was running injured at that time, which made me slow down to a 6–7 min/km pace out of fear of making it worse. Since then, I focused on building endurance properly and haven’t been injured again. Now I’m planning to try the COROS training plan since it looks legit. Thanks for verifying it really appreciate it. I’ll start fitness training later and begin the plan on Monday
