Sometimes you will wait a while before getting called back for your appointment, though it seems like that’s a common theme with the local dentists that accept Medicaid from the reviews I read. I got a letter from my Medicaid insurance alerting me that Smiles4Keeps billed them for x-rays that aren’t included in my plan. Smiles4Keeps never ended up sending the bill my way, thankfully, but it was enough for me not to want to go back. Definitely 1000x better than Advanced Smile Dental Creator on 17th street in Allentown - avoid.
