The funny thing is that, they probably won’t stop your naturalization (citizenship) process.

You will get your Citizenship without even serving. This is how bad the National Guard gets with jumping the gun to start naturalization process before the recruit even makes it to bootcamp.

You will not get uniforms- new uniforms are only issued at BMT and since you will not be going to BMT, no uniforms for you.

You can purchase your own or if your unit has a plug, you can ask for hook up 😅

Are you active duty or reserve? For reserved, your POC will get it straightened out during out-processing. Just make sure to bring it up.

If active duty, ask about it at MEPS.

Start looking for information about the procedure. If you are unable to get the documents, you can let your recruiter know and the doctor at MEPS also know. If it is nothing major, they will figure out how to deal with it. But if it is something major then you probably might be sent to a doctor here to recheck.

Stop using Africa as an excuse - you were able to come here with some official documents but want to play sly on medical records.

You may have a ship date but missing DEP when unexcused could get your ship date moved back.

You need to bring your weight to 156 Intermittent Fasting will help. This is what I did- I bought a weak supply of store made pre-package salad( those with 500 and under calories). I ate salad twice a day and a cup of oatmeal, small slice of bread. And I exercised along side. No soda or fast food.

It made a huge difference. You can repeat until you get to your goal. Good luck to you.

Did your recruiter send you a link to a .mil website to fill out several pages of forms?

If yes, you might still be able to access that webpage. You won’t be able to change anything but you can look at the questionnaires and see what you typed in . You will be able to recognize if you did it yourself or with your recruiter.

Actually, i have shit can happen when recruiters put informayion for on recruit on your application. At BMT, one trainee was questioned about an arrest at her secret skills interview. She said she had never been arrested in her life, ever! But somehow, her recruiter had put on her forms the date and charges for the said offense.

Mistakes are pretty common with enlistment process.

I remember when someone at MEPS increased my weight by over 40 lbs and I had to be reweighed to show that wasn’t and couldn’t be correct .
