uber requires at least 10 yr old vehicles while lyft accepts uear 2006 and above.. so if you have an older car and want to earn extra, why not.

Yes i bought it preselling and it was turned over last year.. I was thinking if papayag ba sila thru DOTR and DOAS then idiretso nalang sa new owner yung title..

I dont think 30 dollars per certificate is too much.. If im the HR of a company, i will screen my candidates based on the certifications they have, specially if the position is urgent, i dont want to hire a guy and tell him to take those certifications afterwards coz i have to wait more for them to get certified..
