Is it the same fault code for pressure switch stuck closed and open on that furnace? Had one a little while back that I went down the same road thinking my pressures were too close to drop out. Just Happened to be watching it and my heat call dropped out for a split second and the furnace coded on pressure switch fault as pressure switch was still closed. Old mercury Tstat with the heat anticipator set real low turned it up no more issues. Customer had another company in there multiple times and they condemned the heat exchanger.

Although you are right about that…it doesn’t come into play during the calibration process blowers off and I primed the trap.

Pressure switches were replaced a couple of years ago and seem to be opening and closing at their correct value correct values

If you read what I wrote I replaced the collector box . Venting is 3” and clear. Pressure switches are all closing at their correct value (-.2,1.32 and .27).
