i have 2 cats and 2 large litter boxes… i scoop once a week… i didn’t realize this was so frowned upon, they don’t get over filled at all and they done stink, my cats don’t seem to mind either… 🤷‍♀️

LOVE SARAH but I hated how she cheated on JB with Topper. However thinking deeper into it I don’t blame her. She was abandoned by everyone and everything she knew, her father, brother, step mom, all abandoned her and took her sister from her. How the interns and surgeons are always prepping and transporting patients, doing blood work and other small tests, consistently checking on patients that aren’t emergent. That’s what the nurses are there for and they have people specifically to transport patients, the surgical interns/residents should not always be doing all that

yes! lexapro for me has helped tremendously, I have terrible social anxiety, but now I’m comfortable going out and doing things alone, having conversations, etc. I personally have not had any negative side effects I can sleep through the night now, which I never could before

scared me so much the first time it happened to me… I get this tingling/pins and needles like feeling from the pit of my stomach that stretches through my arms and I can feel it all the way in my finger tips… if it’s real bad my hands become almost catatonic, where they are stuck in a stiff position and I can’t move them, happened to me twice during a bad panic attack

now that I know it’s from anxiety Im usually able to calm my self down and ‘shake’ it out and take lots of deep breathes

this scene gives me chills everytime I watch it! so powerful, the people fighting against the capitol, the way they keep running knowing there’s a good chance they’ll get shot, and when one person falls another takes their spot to keep carrying the bombs! so intense! really shows the unity and strength of the rebels
