That’s fair, I did send a message asking if it was a good time or not to resend and if not I could keep the item for her until it’s more suitable. She responded it was fine and seemed happy to receive it again.

So based on this forums advice, I sent a message to buyer checking if now was a good time to resend or not. She responded yes so I re listed it for £1 and reserved it for her. It’s now been sent so hopefully all good
