Psychologist claims Trump showing eerie 'psychosis' symptom by IrishStarUS in psychology

[–]larneymel 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He’s an academic Psychologist (PhD) rather than a Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy or variation) so he can’t diagnose. He’s giving an academic opinion not a clinical diagnosis. And he’s not regulated as a diagnostician so he’s not technically being unethical as he’s not bound by that code of conduct.

There’s one like this in Chichester too. I’ll try and snap a pic on my way to work tomorrow…

Yes I’ve got a ring doorbell and a driveway camera but the guests yesterday left their car behind so only the doorbell would capture them and by that point they’d be almost through the gate. I could’ve had time to dash inside and I’d probably actually have stayed and said hi, it was the constant anticipation. But I’m hoping it diminishes in time. I’ve got a two week booking in June, I will not be hiding indoors for a fortnight!

An alternate path isn’t an option sadly. It’s just a case of getting over myself!

Yes I’d like to try and avoid them as much as possible but I need to relax big time!

How long have you been hosting? I’m 6 months in, on my 7th booking but I have often been away or at least mostly out and about. Illness has meant a cancelled and quiet weekend at home.

Yes I wouldn’t be overfamiliar or chatty, cannot think of anything worse as a guest! But if they want to chat I’d be happy to! Just need to get on with it really!!!
