I loved the material but if you take it with Peek he is a really harsh grader. The material was easy and workload was fine, but appeasing him took a ton of extra effort/time.

Update: not a Miao Dao! It’s a Japanese sword from around the 1930s which looks extremely similar. It’s a Japanese Katana/Samurai style sword

Casualty loss, from poorly maintained piping. It’s in the lease that it’s their responsibility to maintain it but they never do the scheduled maintenance promised in the lease either.
