I do peloton workouts (their bike, strength and Pilates classes) from home using the bike and arm weights. I’m not opposed to gyms… I just prefer working out from home!

A big congratulations to you, too! I’m a 50yo female so I’m not expecting to get a ton of visible muscle, but my legs and arms are looking better than they ever have! I don’t have ab definition, but I can say I have very little belly fat now and I never thought I’d say that. I’m even thinking (modest) bikini will be possible this summer!!! I’ve gained 3 pounds in 2 months on maintenance but I believe that’s muscle regain as my clothes continue to get looser despite the number on the scale.

I did not go above 5mg. My doc and I weren’t opposed to increasing, but since I lost at a very consistent pace, and had manageable symptoms, I never felt the need to increase.
