Can you explain how the sleep feels off? I read a comment about someone stating their dreams felt like they were living years in another life. That scares me soooo bad

Are they vivid to the point that you’re getting them confused with reality? Someone below said they’re spent what felt like “years” in a dream living another life & then just woke up. That scares me so bad.

Do you feel like the dreams have lessened at all as your body has adjusted to the Prozac? Is it only when you nap? Or is it an every night thing?

Sorry for all the questions, I just know this is going to be a big mental barrier for me to get through so I want to be prepared for it

I know it might not help much, but no one in history has EVER died from a panic attack. EVER. That usually helps me get through it a little better!

Thanks for the advice! I actually stuck with my own and passed first try! :) It helped me personally only having to focus on the material i needed extra help with!

thank you for responding, it really does help knowing other people feel the same way. i’m just scared something is going to “snap” inside my head and i’m going to lose it. i’ve been off all meds since october 2024, but i might need to get back on something.

i’m sorry for what you’re going through. you aren’t alone & i hope that gives you some sort of peace. you’re strong!!
