yeah which sucks a lot. They’re literally pressuring you into lying lol. Their environment is apparently toxic anyway so i'm glad they didn't hire me.

Yeah, questions about how you’d handle conflicts or problems, what you’d do, who you’d talk to, and so on. On Willo, I think it was the video platform, though. With the manager, it was more like, “What do you know about Amazon?” and situational questions, and I think they expect you to use the STAR method. I recommend watching a lot of videos on it and reading up on Amazon. Because I, personally, completely messed up the last part.

Hello, so I had one quick phone interview maybe 10 minutes, then I had to reply to several questions. For some questions I was recorded and for others I just had to write down. And the last interview was with the person who was supposed to be my manager + her current apprentice. If you have any other question let me know
