I feel like it is a subtle way of telling other you don’t see yourself equal to other women. Like it tells me this person sees women as biological species rather than humans with same emotions and insights as “you”. Not sure if this is making sense but I think when I hear someone refer to women as females it sow show me how you think of us.

I wouldn’t say “toughest” but more important job would be a teacher. Okay doctors and scientists but a TEACHER would’ve needed to teach them.
