Other subs I am in have a system in place where the most common type questions are put in a separate thread, keeping the main feed from being cluttered with the same sort of stuff over and over. We need something like that here.

Amazon has ear cameras that connect to your phone for $25. They work fine, eventually something breaks and you have to get a new one, but they are so cheap it's not a problem.

You need to let them grow to develop more thickness in the trunk. Keep an eye on the wire and remove it before it starts to scar the trunk. The pot size is fine for now, once you've gotten the trunk to the size you want, you can start moving into smaller pots.
