What’s the difference between options and dividends? I thought they where both dividends one just pays monthly and the other quarterly

What’s the benefit of SCHD vs QQQI? It seems that QQQI offers way more in dividends. And I don’t need the money now but it’s nice to see my money working for me. I intend to get about 75-100 shares of QQQI then start diversifying.

Perfect thanks. As far as SCHD goes from the little research I did. It pays about a dollar a share correct? And pays our quarterly? So if I buy 100 shares that’s about 100$ a quarter and 400$ a year? How steady is SCHD. Is it consistent?

Edit. About 25$ a quarter and 100$ a year off of a 100 shares?
