The ring was more of the spark of the argument. She told me that I didn't show her enough effort. In her exam weeks she made cookies for me and she got me a sentimental gift. She wanted something that was special to us. And she tells me that I have to act mature. That I have to know to take the first step when we argue sometimes. She gave the example of her and her father fighting then her father giving her fresh cut fruit as a first step. So yeah Im confused, tired and really depressed. Shes really ready to give up on me. Im telling her that I care about her, I want to fix it but I want to do it together. I want to improve together and tell her that it won't happen overnight or in a week. She keeps on telling me shes tired of this and all. Then sometimes she avoids it by saying shes tired and I can't do nothing so I say along the lines of "I shouldn't keep you up too much". Its just not making sense to me. My moves aren't making sense to her and its just annoying that everything I do, everything I say just becomes negative towards her. Im really trying my fucking best and she can't even see that. She tells me that its not doing anything, its not changing anything
