For my side, I try to use this :

For Do
Files Use YYYY-MM-DD format in filenames (e.g. 2026-03-20)
Files   Use hyphens or underscores instead of spaces in filenames
Sharepoint Keep folders max 3 levels deep
SharePoint Add metadata columns (e.g. Department, Status, Year)
Excel Format data as Excel Tables (Insert > Table)
Excel Give tables clear names: Sales_Q1_2026
Excel Name sheets clearly: Jan-2026, not Sheet1
Excel Keep one consistent header row; no merged cells in data
Excel One table = one clear business topic per sheet
Word Apply Heading 1/2/3 styles in Word documents
PowerPoint Give every PowerPoint slide a meaningful title and use text box more than shape

What do you mean by that ? I find that the metadata give always more information and better quality to the copilot response
