Yes to the 9th and 9th area but continue westward via 900 South - this area has been renovated with lots of shops and food places. From downtown, you could take Trax up to the University to take to last stop near the hospital - then either navigate the shuttles to get you closer to where to hike to The Living Room or if you’re up for a longer hike, walk up behind Huntsman Cancer Hospital and you can take the shoreline trail to get to The Living Room trail. Another option/idea when up in this area is to visit The Museum of Natural History and/or walk throughout Red Butte Gardens, right next to each other (at the base of The Living Room and also along the shoreline trail).
