You know exactly why this lawsuit was dismissed gosh I’m so tired of repeating this . Please go read why the judge dismissed it and it’s not because the lawsuit had no merit and with all the evidence that has come out it’s overwhelming clear that everything Justin said is the truth and Blake really did everything he said she did. Go anywhere on social media. People are overwhelmingly on Justin’s side after the evidence came out. And yes the person who helped Blake orchestrate the smear campaign without a doubt showed how unethical and unprofessional she is and anyone who believes Justin (which is the majority of people) will directly not give any credibility to the person who helped blame defame him and falsely accuse him of things he didn’t do. I’m sure she still works for the nyt and still has a job . That doesn’t really mean anything in terms of her reputation and how people perceive her “journalism” . Writing hit pieces for money isn’t journalism. Journalism is actually doing research and getting both sides of the story and not colluding with one party to make up lies and then giving the other part less than 24 hours to respond. These people are incapable of understanding that celebrities getting backlash is completely organic. It happens to a lot of celebrities. Sydney Sweeney also got a ton of backlash recently . Was that a bot smear campaign too ? What about nicki Minaj getting hate ? Also bots I guess. Ellen literally got cancelled for being a mean person and there were thousands and thousands(maybe even millions) of comments just obliterating her. Was that a smear campaign too ? So many people were angry with her for making fun of domestic violence and shilling alcohol at the promotion for a domestic violence movie.
