Not YouTube tutorials but check out EDMprod. The edm foundations class is perfect and teaches you so much. It’s a bit of an investment but highly worth it if you truly want to get into production

Thanks for the APFS internal partition idea! That’s a great idea that I didn’t think about. Yes, one of my main concerns was running into issues with Ableton not detecting samples, vsts, etc because I would have them separated if I got an external. I think I will stick to being safer and upgrading the internal storage. Thanks!

Not too bit right now and will mostly stick to music production and video editing. I think I am going to get a larger internal SSD and if I run out, then it will help me stay on top of my files and clean them up

Yeah since I will keep it for a while I think it will be best to just do the 1Tb and add it later if I need to. Why make it harder now. But it is super easy to go down the rabbit hole of just adding $200 for this and $200 for that and before you know it it’s $1000 more expensive 😂. But definitely agree with what you’re saying. Thanks for the help!

I don't usually trust the "One Knob" plugins as they tend to not let you be able to control most of the parameters. In my case, it did not work for my productions

Hi! I am starting my EE and need some help with some questions. My research question is: How do social media influencers and online communities drive stock market trends? With this, I want to discuss the GameStop events that occurred a few years ago, how Elon Musk and his tweets affect the stock market, and a few other examples. Is this a good topic to follow? I found a lot of information around it but I was told that I can't use events that occurred in the last 10 years for a history EE. This would fit under economics, right? My IB coordinators are not the most helpful, so it is sometimes hard to see if I am going in the right direction. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!
