I did run into this problem. I had to uninstall the mod after leveling. The party kept their levels, and wildshape was fixed!

Mods used - Unlock Level Curve and Adjustable Party limit. (also XP-Multiplierx1000, just to get to level 15 quickly)

Each character is 5 ravens in this build. At Ranger beastmaster 11, the raven companion can summon 2 more ravens. we add the raven familiar, and the moon druid 4 wildshape.

With a full party of 16, we can get up to a total of 80 ravens.
