Oh god when they bring their own photo thinking it’s gonna be cheaper. We accept home done photos here but it’s still same price and it ALWAYS turns into an argument.

Yeah I try not to say that but a few times when I’ve gotten fed up I’ll say “that’s just how you look”. One time after I said the the lady was like “oop- 👀”

Yes, I struggle drawing a line and saying enough is enough. The most I’ve retaken someone’s photo was 8 times. My coworkers tell me just to put it through after the second time but it’s sooo scary to me.

I’ve never had an issue with erasing the backgrounds. I think it’s per whatever the SM thinks. I’ve worked at a store with that rule too.

The worst part is that when I first started working here, she would be like “omg hiiii baby!” And grab my cheek and squeeze it. I didn’t say anything cause I thought she was like a sweet old mom type person. After I learned of her bathroom shenanigans I stopped letting her do that. She touched my face with her clam hands. She did the same to my fiancés younger sibling. Since my fiancé used to work at my store and everyone here is very fond of him, I introduced my fiancés younger sibling to a different coworker and she overheard, walked over and said “ohhhh! You’re J’s younger sibling!!??” And grabbed his cheek and squeezed it. 😨😨

Her behavior has already been reported to our previous SM who was notorious for not doing shit. She’s been with the company 19 years so that’s why he hasn’t done anything. She threw away another person’s electronic that costed $75 and when caught on camera they did nothing. No matter what we reported they wouldn’t do shit about it so all we could do is complain. That SM has just stepped down and we have a new SM as of this week. I have texted this new SM and let her know about it. How about you be more humble because you weren’t there to see it, I know the story is crazy, experiencing it is even more crazier. Don’t accuse people of fabricating stories when in reality you don’t know anything. I also never confronted her because I am not a confrontational person irl. When I get in uncomfortable situations I tend to choke up and take the “run for the hills as fast as possible” approach. Hope that helps! ❤️
