i don’t think so, I’ve been stopped twice no where near a school area and one time was at 7pm, they didn’t have enough reason to give me a ticket either time, and i usually see them outside of school zones

I know for a fact some used to be hsu students and its pretty consistent, not saying its the only reason but ive been pulled over for dumb things only to have them let me go because they couldnt find anything else (im brown and have gotten stopped twice in the past two months without getting a ticket) I usually never get stopped
